"This is the second time that I have had Arcflash Electric come out to work on my 5 year old solar system and both time he did a great job. In both cases separate parts of the system malfunctioned while still under warranty. Tony helped me collect the information and submit the claim forms that the two companies required. The rheostat company sent me a new replacement at no charge. The panel company said that they no longer made the panels that I had and they didn’t have any replacement panels in stock. They sent me a check for 38% of a new panel and wished me luck in finding replacement panels. Tony contacted several different suppliers and was able to finally locate replacement panels.
