"They did a good job. U Only issue the filling between wood was different color. But all was great"

"The installer was prompt, courteous and worked diligently until the job was completed. I will consider In and Out Floors for other floors in my home in the future."

"Everything that was promised happened! They showed up on time and we?re very respectful of my property during the whole process. The workmanship is absolutely incredible! I would consider this shower installation, pure artistry the way every detail was treated. The job was done in a timely fashion. They left nothing for me throw away or clean up after the job was completed. I will use this company again and again and again, and have already recommended them to my friends."

"Salinas did a great job on installing wood flooring upstairs for me. They cleaned after every day. They finished on time."

"Workers arrived on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. Floors looked good after sanding and the first two coats of finish and even better after the final coat was done and dry the next day. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Early in the job workers called and suggested expanding the work to other rooms at a good price but accepted a no without problems. Only thing that would have made this a better experience would have been better communication up front about putting down new molding and thresholds. Late the first day they offered to do the work for an additional charge that sounded like a lot so I said no. After further research I found their price was a good one and I wish I would have had them do the work. Their equipment did the job but was not the linear machine I have seen before. Also I was not given a choice of sheen. I should have asked more questions. Still, floors look great and I am satisfied. There do not seem to be many people doing this kind of work. Only got two contractor suggestions and one installed new flooring, did not do refinishing. Fortunately my one choice turned out well."

"sales was excellent, installation was excellent"

"Our primary living room has this obvious seam running down the middle of the room. The carpet installers told us when they looked at the room, that they locate the seam to be close to one of the walls. Instead they put it where everyone is sure to see it. Not a good look. But that's not why I rated them poorly. I have a photographing table in my basement. The installers moved it and moved it back, and broke off two of my light holders in the process. Ugh! This hardware is no longer made and now I have to hunt down replacement hardware that will cost me at least $500."

"Purchase and install Congoleum type flooring in kitchen and laundry room. Purchase process was pleasant. Installation was tedious and drawn out. The installers did not bring enough material, so the installation process became a two-week process since more material had to be ordered. Shoe molding was installed but it was so badly installed, I called (and stopped by the store a few times) to have this reinstalled correctly. Additionally, the installlers dragged the refrigerator and washer and dryer across the new floor leaving visible scrapes that won't come out. The final job was completed a couple of months later after my several visits to the store seeking resolution. A simple job took way too long, but the owners did come through to correct the installation."

"Justin got delayed by another job and rather than delaying the start of my job - he worked overtime to keep things on track.
He was very careful with the walls and everything was cleaned spotless when he was done - they cleaned out my ducts, window sills and even mopped my kitchen floor when they were done!
For me to pick my stain color, he put several large samples side-by-side, right on the actual floor, so I could see exactly how the stain color would take and how the lighting in my home effected it. He stayed in constant communication with me on where things were and when I went to see the finished floors - it was just Beautiful. Every nail hole was filled in, every old divot was evened out and the Top Coat he suggested, to protect my floors from my dogs nails was worth every penny!
Excellent Craftsman and he Truly LOVES what he does!
