"I used HomeAdvisor and found two companies to come give me quotes to repair a leak in my half bath. Kanga Roof and Atex. Kanga came first and they sent a sales person (charging $50 for a roof inspection and quote) who told me he would have a hard time finding the leak point without an attic to check in. The sales person said I needed a new roof and he could only warranty a repair for 1 year and it would cost upwards of $2500. They came back the next day with a sales pitch for a new roof ranging from $9k to $12k. Mind you my home is small at 1300 sq ft and a low pitch basic roof. Maybe they use better materials. The pitch was done professionally. Next Atex came, they were prompt, courteous, and good with communication. They sent a project manager who inspected my roof pretty quickly (for free) and said he wouldn’t need an attic to figure it out (he actually had practical roofing experience). He found the area, let me know why they would do and showed me pictures they took. He said they could fix it for $1,200 with a 4 year warranty and told me I could get close to 10 more years out of my roof and in no way should consider replacing it yet. I appreciated Atex’s honesty here. They were booked about two weeks out. They quoted me on a Thursday and finished a Friday job early and called and said they could come that Saturday. They were here and gone in about 3 or so hours and showed me the before during and after photos again too. I highly recommend Atex!"

"I was told I needed a new roof by a few different companies and when Roofman came out and inspected the roof, he inspected the roof and told me it was good for another 3 years and it did not need replacement. I had one shingle tear back and had it repaired and the other companies told me I needed a new roof and the quotes were over $10,000 for a 10 year warranty. But Roofman was honest and gave me a quote a two thousand less and told me I did not need a new roof. I am so happy that there are still honest people out there. This also gives me a few years to save for a new one. I would definitely hire them knowing that if they are honest enough to tell me the truth about needing a roof then they certainly will hold up their word on the workmanship . Thanks Roofman!"
