Once we started the process, Andy kept me apprised of every step, including the process with the City permitting and PG&E. When we were cleared to go, all of the resources with the City as well as PG&E were coordinated and ready to go. On the day of install, Andy and his team were here early, prepared with all materials & supplies and hit the ground running.
