I am considering legal action against Crossroads."

I texted the man who quoted me and he stated that he was "working on my refund". I asked him when and he said he didn't know. The next 2 texts he has not responded to. Fast forward to 2023, no refund and no return call or text. I have reported them to the Indiana Attorney General as well as the BBB. They are a horrible business at best, scammers at worst, either way stay away if you don't want to have your 50% deposit stolen."

So we schedule another appointment for Friday, the 24th at 12pm, again a no show or call. My work schedule had me working mid nights this week and I stayed up waiting for nobody to show. Most businesses I've dealt with had a calendar for appointments either hand written or on a computer print out. Not a happy customer, how can anyone recommend this company with poor customer service?"
