When he started the original conversation, with talk about getting the proper permits, we were sold. Most contractors didn't want to bother with the time and expense, but we did. One item he was unable to do himself , but he gave them the name of two companies who specialize in replacing that type of component (reverse osmosis water filtration system) . They would definitely utilize his services if they need repairs in the future."

"Jen and Nick were a fantastic introduction to the Browder company. Jen answered the phone when I called! Unlike the first 6 companies I tried. She was informative, accurate and super nice. Nick arrived on time, spent an hour and a half surveying everything and gave me an estimate right on the spot. I immediately accepted and we were on our way. He color matched a house in my neighborhood that I liked, and it worked out perfectly. Carpenter Dan repaired all the exterior wood on the house prior to painting. He was extremely thorough, prompt and efficient. I can see why he's an asset to the Browder team! Arturo and his crew worked on the outside painting. I haven't seen a more professional team in all my adult life. They show up on time, no music blaring, no smoking, they review what they completed that day, they clean up after themselves everyday, they work consistently throughout the day with no strangers walking in and out, and, the result is a stunning, thorough, professional paint job. Juan E and Eric painted the inside and their work ethic was the same. They worked long days, were very flexible with any add-on's and changes, and gave me daily assessments of their progress. I was really impressed from the level of communication and organization from the very beginning. Then when the work began, I “assumed,” the construction crew, would just follow the “bosses order and do their thing.” Well….yes and NO. We were actually INCLUDED…..who does that???? All of the staff are not only professional like I said, but they were/are supportive of their customers going through this difficult time!!! They don’t blow you off, don’t ignore you, and when a family is trying to gather the pieces of their life once again, this truly means everything to the family whom is trying to restore everything back again to “normal.” Granted, it takes time. This process of demo-to-rebuild can be nerve wrecking, frustrating, and difficult. However, if you find the right team, and the right staff to support you in your very own home to literally rebuild the pieces once again….its not just a “thank you & good job ?,” its a BLESSING. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH SCI, (a big shout out to Matt & Ed-who put up with me the most :) along with Coty, Ryan, Alan, Casey, Brandon and all the staff at the office whom I don’t know by name that make this process come to fruition once a person makes the call ☎️). These pro’s do it all…from remodel to repairs, fire/smoke/water restoration, mold abatement and other services. As a real estate agent myself, I will only refer my family, friends, and clients to SCI. I can only work with folks I trust, and these guys well, are IT! Look ? no more."

"Mike was great in listening to what we wanted and making suggestions. He didn't try to oversell us items we didn't need.  For example, we felt our cabinets were fine and he agreed. We asked if we should reface them and he told us that refacing cabinets can be labor intensive and doing so isn't a way to save money. Another designer said that putting new countertops on existing cabinets was "tacky" and yet my kitchen looks amazing as if the counters and cabinets were installed together. Mike's team was careful and didn't make one mark on the cabinets when they took off the old counter. <br /> I liked all the sub work as well. Glass tile looked great, the quartz countertops were perfect, and the electrical and plumbing work was done well, too. They installed the new appliances quickly and we've had no issues so far. <br /> Everyone showed up on time or contacted us if they were going to be late (which was rare -- I believe we had just one day where the electrician had to reschedule). They kept dust to a minimum by putting up plastic to contain the area and cleaned up every day before they left, both inside and out. Total job took about 3 weeks, just like Mike said.  <br /> I would definitely recommend Cal Coast Construction and will use them in the future. <br />"
