"I had used Richard on an earlier repair and liked him and liked the work he did. When I wanted an extension of my existing system I called him. Unfortunately, the new drip system broke underground almost immediately. When I called to get it repaired, I was told I would have to go to the back of the line. In the mean time, I can't use the sprinklers and the front yard is dying in the heat. If your work fails within days of being installed, good customer service would seem to call for fixing it as soon as possible."

"Communication with Gwyny was prompt and clear from the beginning--she quickly provided an estimate that included various options (including steps that had not occurred to me, but were very necessary), with the elements of the job separately priced, so I could select among them.  She and her workers showed up when scheduled, worked very diligently, and thoroughly cleaned the area afterwards.  I appreciated her input on how best to coordinate their work with the installation of fencing around the same area, and her flexibility in scheduling the work so that the combined taskes were performed in a logical sequence.  I reserved the fun and creativity of planning the plantings for myself, but I couldn't have done so without the beautifully prepared blank canvas provided by Bottoms Up!  (And who doesn't love that name!?!)

"The patio was installed on the date agreed upon. The installers are a private contractor and were 2 hours late. However, the work was finished that day and it looks great."

"We reached out for a quote for sprinkler system and possible lawn service, in which he (Juan) responded immediately. Came out on same day and we were satisfied with quote. He installed sprinkler system, in avery organized matter. His employees very professional and left everything very clean. We were satisfied with his work. We hired him for a complete clean up of front and back lawns. We are extremely satisfied with his work ethics, dependability, respectful. We ended up hiring him to be our permanent gardener with full service. We highly recommend J'J perfect Cut Lawn Juan offers various services. He also did some landscaping for us. In which we are satisfied and happy with him and his company."

"Sebastian and his crew are wonderful. They converted our old overhead sprinkling system into a drip system, replacing all the sprinklers in the front yard and the two backyard areas so that they would no longer hit our walls and walkways. They also removed a dying palm tree and planted a fig tree in its designated spot, prepared a medium size area for planting with soil additions, and then put in the plants that I had chosen in the spots I selected. They also replaced our old automatic timer in the backyard, and then Sebastian explained how to work the system in clear, detailed instructions. They hauled away all the trash that was left after the work and even took away ten bags of fungus laden soil that they would deliver to the proper place for disposal. They did so much that I may be forgetting some of it, but all in all, they were great. They did the work promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend Sebastian and his crew."

"I have just under an acre of two dozen trees, a 32 foot hedge and lots of landscaping on
a steep hillside.  The tree trimming team arrived at 7:30 and took a few
minutes to review and walk the project, and then went to work.  This tree
service proved to be the equivalent of the "White Tornado" of tree
trimming.  They were fast, accurate,  required minimal input and thorough.

After trimming some trees, it became evident that additional trimming was
need in certain areas.  This meant returning to areas already
complete.  No problem.
They left my place at 4:00 PM with the job complete and my yards were spotless.  Great
value -- the all-day special of five men and equipment for $2,800 saved me
between $1,200 and $2,500 based on competitive bids.  I can highly
recommend this service.  They aim to please and they do. Having used several
other tree services over the years including "illegals" I can
recommend this company as very good at what they do,  bona fide and a great value.
