"First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. I agreed to Jeremiah's plan and about two weeks later Larry and his crew came out to do the work. I will say it again, Larry and his crew were great. They worked so hard and in horrible heat and humidity. They were always friendly and smiled when I saw them. Larry always let me know what they got done that day, and what the plan was for the next. They cleaned up the work area, and took away any and all debris. I have full faith in ICSR and Larry and his crew that the repairs were done right. I am so glad the plan with the other company fell through, as I think I ended up with the best!"

"It did not go well. They had to come out three times to try and fix the issue that was supposed to take one time. They still never fully resolved the issue but I think they just got tired of trying to finish the job and used the term "good enough" several times with me. Ryan Heyob is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. If he gets put on your job, I'd request canceling the job or requesting a new manager. Actually, I hope you read this review and never hire the company to begin with. Our neighbor also used them to level their driveway and they had a similar unpleasant experience. Save your time and money and go with someone else."
