"Two Archer Plumbing plumbers came to my house to unclog a drain in my basement that used to be a toilet, but was now capped off. The cap had shot off because of a clog underground. The men that came called me when they were on their way, and then unclogged the drain by using one of their snake machines. They were both friendly and good natured guys. I had no problems and was satisfied by the end result. They even checked to make sure the clog was gone by running the machine again, and using a bucket to pour water down into the drain. Great work!

"We had a bit of an emergency, with weekend guests coming later in the day.  Toilets would not flush, and drains would not drain. Had been years since our septic system had been serviced, so we assumed it was full.  Called Aaron-Andrews, first-time customer for them, and they were on the job within an hour... and finished an hour after that. Jason replaced a kitchen faucet.  The old faucet was difficult to remove because of some rust, and contrary to what I first thought, it was not just loose, it had broken off at the handle.  Jason did a good job with this and installed a new faucet without any issues.  He also put back the cover of a bathroom fan that had given me some trouble. 

Jim replaced the water supply line to my dishwasher, which had apparently developed a small leak.  This leak was discovered while a new floor was installed earlier in the week.  I was very concerned to get the issue fixed quickly and correctly.  Jim identified the problem immediately and replaced the necessary parts with his usual expertise, for which I am very grateful.  He also replaced (2) water filter cartridges in my basement. 

I continue to have good experiences with Handyman Matters of Dayton and will use them again.

The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
