"The project went very well overall.  It was delayed by external factors but Rich Arcona was always on top of the work, and knew what needed to be done in what order.  His attention to detail and the overall quality of the job was excellent.  He was prepared to put in extra hours when needed.  My only complaints were that he was sometimes unavailable because he had other work on (clearly, he was in demand), and that he was slow in submitting invoices for the work he'd done.  Sometimes the written scope of the work could also have been clearer--there's a joint responsibility on the client and the contractor to have the same understanding of what's being done and what's not being done."
