Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

"Richard did a fantastic job! I had an idea of what I wanted and he took it the extra mile with what he invisioned. He worked within my budget and when I would ask for more work, he was honest on how much and didn't just do it and charge more and when I asked him for his professional advice, his answer was not to tack on more money but what would make the project look great which is exactly what he did ( and believe me I would've kept adding to the project). Steve gave us a quote on the spot after surveying the scope of repairs. Steve and Stacie showed up ready to work and kept at the job until it was done. They had an hour drive from their location to the job site, so a minor delay each day. They were efficient and quick with everything hung, taped, mudded, textured and, ready for paint in two and a half days. Steve seemed very knowledgeable and skilled."
