"This was a $250.00 service sold on Angie's list for $125.00. They were to replace all the rollers, lube, adjust, align the door. They did  replace the rollers and spray some lube and that was basically it, about 25 minutes. When I asked about the adjust, align the door, he said it is working fine and no adjustments needed. So basically the rollers were replaced for $125. Not sure they even needed to be and if this is usually a $250 service I would say this company over charges for its services. The write up on what you were going to get and what happened wasn't even close. <br />"

"My garage door was installed by Overhead within the past year. Overall they did a decent job except they installed the rail/springs on a 2x4 nailed into the wall. Over time it came loose and pulled the 2x4 out of the wall while I was closing it. I emailed to see if they would fix it. I was informed that the repair would cost me $100. They said the "part" (2x4) that came loose was part of the original home and was not covered under warrantee. I asked why the 2x4 wasn't replaced with something better or at least screwed down during install. They said it wasn't needed. I wasn't going to pay them to fix their own install deficiency so I'm someone else's customer now. They had their chance to make it right."

"Great!!!! They are the best. I had Precision come out and they quoted me $280 to replace cables on my garage door. Their guy made up a bunch of BS and I sent him packing. Then I called Coastal and the guy came out within 2 hours and replaced my cables, tuned everything up, oiled everything and charged me $103. WHAT A DIFFERENCE from Precision Doors!!! I would recommend Coastal to anyone and have made sure I put them in my file cabinet for ANY door problems."

"We got three bids to replace our 7000+ square foot roof. Art Construction wasn?t the least expensive nor were they the most expensive. But we chose them as they were highly recommended by people we knew. The service we received was awesome! Art Construction was very professional and job manager TJ explained everything to us up front. They pulled the permits, the crew was punctual every morning, cleaned up the area each evening, and used the big magnet to pick up errant roofing nails. Several decking boards had to be replaced on our roof; Art Construction photographed the old boards before they were removed, in fact, anything out of the normal was photo-documented. We also had a small back porch roof that they resurfaced. The entire job only took one week.  In addition, they completed the paperwork and filed the warranty, plus completed a new wind mitigation form and submitted it to our insurance company. We will save about $500 on our insurance each year! We would recommend Art Construction to anyone anytime!! <br />"
