"Doug did a phenomenal job! Very professional and courteous staff. Not too many places these days that you feel go above and beyond to provide good service - these guys are definitely like that. We work during the week and were unable to be present during installation, or later, when the work needed to be inspected.
They accommodated our schedule by sending someone out to the house to be present during the inspection. They charged a small fee, but to us, it was worth not having to take a day off from work. We were extremely happy that they accommodated our needs, and they really did not a great job. Would definitely recommend!

"We needed quick service due to the heavy rain water damage we sustained due to non-functioning sump pump. Vernon was very responsive and was on-site that day and was able to replace our sump pump with a new unit He then returned and installed a back-up system and fixed some piping on the outside of the house. Great service and a pleasure to deal with."

"Henry and John provided the service and were very professional. Although they arrived a bit later than expected, the inspection was performed efficiently and completed well within the one hour I had expected it to take. I had been remiss in replacing my filters and Henry explained to me why it is important to change them every three months. Knowing the possible consequences will lead me to be more responsible in the future. My A/C unit is installed in an attic and even though the ladder I provided was rather short, Henry said not to bother getting a longer one and made do with what I had provided. John volunteered to carry the ladder back downstairs and carried the longer, heavy wooden ladder out to the yard for me. I was also pleased that both men put on shoe covers to walk through my house. In sum, the service was carried out professionally and cordially and I would definitely use their services again."

"I called them on Saturday to schedule service for Sunday. (We had a sewage backup and needed Saturday for cleaning up the mess.) I was informed over the phone what the cost of the initial service would be and different situations that could increase that cost. They arrived on time, fixed the issue and took care not to make more mess than was required. "We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. "Made initial appointment 5 days in advance. On the appointment day, I phoned early afternoon to hear that my repairs had not been scheduled. Plumbers then arrived within the next hour, or so. Fixed leaking valve leading to the main line, and "snaked" bathroom sink. Took photos of tub/shower valves to order a replacement unit and gave an initial price estimate $240). After 10 days, never received a return phone call. Called office to receive a return phone calls explaining that part had not been ordered, and that there was an estimate of $625 to install a new valve unit."

"Initial contact with the office to schedule and purchase the "deal"  (3 guys for 2 hours and a 16' truck) went smoothly and found the two employees who helped me on the two different calls I made to be polite and helpful. I got a confirmation call at the end of the week for my SUNDAY move date, which was good.  Our move was scheduled for a 12-2pm window. I was told I'd be called when the movers were on their way. At 1:45pm, fifteen minutes before the end of that window, I called the office to make sure everything was still happening. I was on hold  because "customer service was helping other customers" (or something like that) for several minutes and then it went to voice mail.  I called about every 30 minutes thereafter, hoping to get through to an actual person but realized that it was Sunday and clearly nobody was in the office. So, we just waited and hoped they would eventually show up. We had worked hard to pack and organize everything and needed it moved.  At 5:06pm I got a call from the driver saying they were on the road from the last job and would be there at 5:45pm, if that was still ok....nearly 4 hours after the END of my window. We needed to get it done, so told them to come! The 3 men were polite, efficient and did an excellent job. They weren't exactly apologetic nor did I receive an explanation for why I wasn't given a courtesy call to say they were running late. But, at that point, I just wanted to get the work done and I wanted it done in my 2 hour pre- paid time, without going over, so I didn't want to engage in a discussion about their lateness. I really have nothing but good things to say for the work they did, but I sure find it unprofessional not to give the customer a call by the end of the scheduled window to say  that they were going to be late.  I said in this review I'd use them again, but only if the work being done was on a business day, so that I could call the OPEN office to get help if there was a problem. The cost was very reasonable, the men were polite and efficient, so even with the lateness issue, I'd probably use them again for a similar job.

"BGE Home beat the nearest competitive pricey a couple of hundred dollars. Their representative knew what he was talking about. He, and the crew that replaced the unit, were on time. The crew worked quickly, replacing the whole unit in a few hours. They respected our home, offering some alternatives for a plant that might have to be moved to allow access to the outside unit. The rep even offered to loan us 2 window air conditioning units free, because our unit had to be replaced in the middle of a heat wave and it would be a few days until they could replace ours. (We did not take advantage of this offer, as we were going to be out of town anyway in the interim.)"
