"Timothy is incredibly friendly and easy to get in touch with. Another company had come out to diagnose my AC and claimed they fixed it, but when I got home, it still wasn't working. I reached out to Timothy around 9:00 pm just to ask about getting a diagnosis. He asked me a few questions, assured me he could fix it, and said he could come out that same night. "Avoid at all costs: Had Best Care Home Services come out for a simple job of reconnecting my sink and dishwasher after a countertop replacement, through Lowes. What a nightmare this has been: The technician showed up and started working on the plumbing without knowing where the shutoff was, or trying to shut it off. Water was spraying over my kitchen for several minutes and I had to grab countless towels while he went outside and tried to find the shutoff. He then cut himself, and was bleeding all over my kitchen, for which I gave him more towels. He then told me that my garbage disposal was broken, and told me I had to go to Home Depot and buy another, and pay for the install in addition to the job I already paid them for. Interestingly, my disposal worked perfectly fine before they arrived. Somehow, it was broken within the one hour job. Things went even more downhill from there: 1) A few days later, the plumbing sprung a leak. I called Best Care and they sent the same guy back. H"
