"It went pretty good.  I had all the materials for them to use.  The kick plate was too tall.  Will need to find the right size.  The front door has a crack in it, which I thought would fill in with the wood filler.  It was in a bad spot, so when the stain was applied, it did not fill in. I will clear coat it, add the kick plate & insulation.   I will have John will come out again - will look at his coupons & get a list together.  Definitely need the porch light replaced soon.  We also discussed a possible electrical issue with the porch light - seems the builder /electrician (1988) may have connected the front light switch with the hall bathroom & bedroom lights.  I was glad that John was able to schedule me, it was 2 months!   John & Wayne were very nice & I will call again soon! "

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

"Raymond Ontiveros came twice to discuss the job with my husband and I.  He presented us with a written estimate and followed up with a courteous phone call. We agreed on a price and he agreed the work could begin promptly the following Monday. He appeared at that time with Sid, the worker bee, who was here everyday for the next 5 days usually at about 6:00am.  This was when the temp was 100 degrees plus (114 one day). Brutal weather for outside work, especially up on the roof,  but Sid is a professional and kept at it until the job was done.  He worked quickly, but efficiently with the prep work and masked off all areas to be protected.   We didn't find paint where it wasn't supposed to be!  I requested a small  'add on' job after the work began--painting the woodwork in the bathroom and utility room.  Raymond named a price and  Sid generously agreed to do it on a Saturday morning. I was grateful for the extra time and effort.
