We hired them to repair subflooring in our home. The result was honestly shocking. The new subfloor was so uneven that flooring couldn?t even be installed?something both the city inspector and a licensed contractor confirmed. A section of rotted subfloor was left in place, and instead of replacing it, they added a board underneath, hidden from view. My husband ended up falling through this section and getting injured. On top of this, the power to our house was cut during the job and no one informed us. I was 8+ months pregnant and we were left without access to our home for days. The whole situation forced our family (including our toddler and dog) to live out of temporary housing while we figured out repairs.
