They were out to diagnose in less than 24 hours and then back again the next day to replace the compressor. "You guys have been the best in terms of prompt complete service. I was helped by Bakers earlier last year for my dishwasher and this time, it was for my microwave. I had issues with my microwave in the new house we had purchased and the home warranty company sent us to someone else before Bakers this time - it took numerous visits and follow ups from our side and no proactive info from the other company that left us with the issue for several months. After waiting for over 4 months obviously we escalated to the home warranty company and this time Bakers called us. I was happy from the call to setting schedule. The tech who came out was the same who had come earlier for the dishwasher and I knew that he is awesome and was going to fix it. We were promptly told a part was needed and was ordered. Once part was delivered, they scheduled another appointment, tech came home and within 20 min - all done and tested! I could've not been happier and I truly just want Bakers to be assigned anytime we have to deal with an appliance break(I hope not!) in the future.
