"I started my laundry in our washer this morning only to discover water pouring out of the bottom of the washer with no clear reason why. I put in an Angie’s request and the team from Freezing Cold Appliance Repairs was the first to call me and told me they could come between 2-5pm today. I immediately said yes as I needed the washer repaired as quickly as possible with two teenage boys in the house and lots of dirty clothing! Dymtro called me around 12:30 saying they were close by and could come sooner which was great news! They arrived and quickly assessed the situation which luckily was a minor repair and at a very reasonable cost. The team was thorough, answering all of my questions and providing me a clear explanation of the repairs needed and how they would address them. I highly recommend them and would contact them immediately if I had any other appliance repairs needed."

"Came on time with two men. It was a two man job! I had had problems with Sears appliance repair, so was expecting the worse. They knew what they were doing. I haven’t written this review for months because usually things again break down months after the repair. Not so with this company. Drum is working fine! I had gotten the parts from Sears and many companies weren’t willing to repair, because I had the parts. They were willing to help me. They didn’t need all the parts ordered, so some could be returned. These are honest, hardworking people. Later needed some different repair. (I love my washing machine and don’t want a new one). Second repair was motor and belt. Cost of the 2nd repair was $355.10 which was a fair price when I checked it."
