"You guys have been the best in terms of prompt complete service. I was helped by Bakers earlier last year for my dishwasher and this time, it was for my microwave. I had issues with my microwave in the new house we had purchased and the home warranty company sent us to someone else before Bakers this time - it took numerous visits and follow ups from our side and no proactive info from the other company that left us with the issue for several months. After waiting for over 4 months obviously we escalated to the home warranty company and this time Bakers called us. I was happy from the call to setting schedule. The tech who came out was the same who had come earlier for the dishwasher and I knew that he is awesome and was going to fix it. We were promptly told a part was needed and was ordered. Once part was delivered, they scheduled another appointment, tech came home and within 20 min - all done and tested!
