When we needed to make minor tweaks or changes, Marc and the crew were always open to our ideas and continuously stressed that our satisfaction was their goal. "We were looking to replace the decking on our 8-year-old second-floor deck. After reaching out to several contractors, we chose Blue Crab Home Solutions based on their assessment of the project and their pricing. I was scheduled within a month. Alex and the team were great. They removed the old decking and steps in one day, then replaced the decking, stair stringers, and step decking over the next two days. The vinyl handrails were left intact because they were still in good condition. While replacing them would have been easier, working around the existing handrails required additional customization and skill, which Blue Crab handled without any issues. Once the job was completed, Blue Crab provided a week for us to review the work and returned to address a few minor items. We are very happy with the finished project and highly recommend Blue Crab Home Solutions."

"You can talk to the President and the Vice-President not many companys you get to do that. They are very reasonable ! The price they gave me for a total tear off and replace roof beat any other contractor. The crew that came out was very nice and professional. The clean-up was great you would have never known they were here. If you have any problems you can talk to the VP and he is on it and gets the problem taken care of right away. If you need any improvement done I would definitely recommend this company!"

He was prompt, showed up on time, met us at Floor and Decor to pick out new flooring that he was able to match perfectly, worked a day straight through to get the job done and came back the next day to make sure everything was fine and I was happy, and I am! He replaced our tile floor with LVT and did a wonderful job. His quotes were right in line with others and he gave us a discount on the flooring. He also cut the door to the basement so that it now fits perfectly. He takes great pride in his work and is very knowledgeable. We would definitely work with him again."

"I hired ATN to do extensive work in my basement: remediating water damage, building bookshelves, reconfiguring a laundry area, and gutting and rebuilding a full bath. First of all, the quality of their work was excellent. Willie and his team do not cut corners, do not take short cuts, and approach every task from drywall to tiling to fixture installation with attention to detail. The finished product was breathtaking and everything I had dreamed up. I have hired many professionals through the years, but what set ATN apart from every other professional I’ve work with was their RELIABILITY, INTEGRITY, AND COMMUNICATION. Reliability: Willie showed up on time to the minute for the estimate, whereas the other 4 estimates we got came late or at staggered times in a several hour window. This reliability continued throughout the weeks of work, as Willie and his team showed up promptly to begin work at 8am every morning. He had the same dedicated team every day, and ATN works only on YOUR project until it’s done. He was the only contractor who we got an estimate from who offered this approach, and it made a huge difference. Integrity: Willie was a lifesaver when he discovered, a week into work, that the waterproofing system that another company had installed recently did a subpar job. I think other contractors would have looked the other way and continued their work, but Willie brought the issue to my attention, explained why he thought the work was not done properly and even advocated for us when an employee from that company came over to check it out. He did all this knowing that fixing the waterproofing issues would delay his work, but he did it because he has the utmost integrity. Ultimately, with Willie’s help, we got the waterproofing company to tear out the entire system and redo it from scratch. I can’t thank ATN enough for this. Communication: So important on a big project! Willie communicated promptly on any issue that arose through text, email and face to face. As many hiccups arose (termites, unforeseen electrical and plumbing problems), Willie was excellent at explaining each issue in an understandable way, proposing various solutions, and being transparent about any revisions to the price and timeline. Not only is Willie a great communicator, but he’s also just a super friendly guy, former military and proud dad and granddad. My husband says he wants to be Willie when he grows up :) Highly recommend ATN!"
