"Greg (owner of Black & White) and his team managed the construction of our new custom home from start to finish. Everything from the demolition of the existing house to the finishing touches on the new build were included in the scope of work. We selected Greg because he presented his bid as requested and fully communicated the roles and responsibilities of all involved parties. His bidding was straightforward and offered transparency on costs. Communication was prompt and he worked with us on re-bids as the scope of work changed. Once selected, Greg assisted with reviewing of our plans and identified potential issues prior to starting work. From there, he managed the entire process while getting our input as necessary with proper lead time to not impact the overall schedule. The B&W crews and subcontractors were all stand-up people who were trustworthy and delivered the expected quality of work. When challenges came up, they were communicated and solutions were offered to keep everything progressing. At no point did we have concerns we were being misled. The house same together quickly and without and major hold-ups, which is a challenge in a fully custom build. The quality of the build and the craftsmanship were excellent. Schedule variance was minimal and the projected duration was within the quoted window. I have recommended Greg to friends and family and will use him again should the need arise. Greg will be dedicated to your project and treat your house like it is his own."

When he showed up for the initial estimate, he was ON-TIME, was prepared, empathetic, thorough, professional and above all had references printed out and in a neat folder. This just felt right and made us feel very comfortable. At the end of each day’s work where and when possible 5* had the place cleaned up from their work, not piles of dust, drywall, and stuff to step around. "I enjoyed working with Beau. He understood exactly what I wanted done. He make a few suggestions which kept me from making some major mistakes (like locking in my fridge if I extended the island). Beau communicated with me regularly through the whole process.. The different teams did I great job. Again, they worked closely with me to be sure the outcome would match my vision. I love my house. I would not change one thing that was done.. My home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, formal living and dining, family room, breakfast room, laundry room, and kitchen (3000 sq ft). It took a total of 10 weeks to be the job completed due to the carpet selected being on back order. My only complain was the wholesaler used. Not all the items I selected was not ordered and the quantities were not correct on a few things. This lead to the delay in completion of the project. This was not on Beau."

"Tell-Projects recently performed a complete remodel at our home in Missouri City, TX. 
The work was completed on time and on budget and we're delighted with the results. There were some minor exceptions but these were the result of changes or additions that were made to the original project.  For example, once the project began, we found that the electric panel, siding, air conditioning and ducts all had to be replaced. In addition, we added landscaping, garage improvements and exterior work mid-project which Zach handled graciously and capably. 

Before starting our renovations, we met with and requested bids from several contractors and found Tell-Project’s bid to be detailed and reasonable, though not the least expensive. (We had prior experience using the lowest bid contractor that a friend referred - an experience that will not be repeated.) 

What we liked most about working with Zach is that he is a capable and skilled craftsman and a very good listener. He took time to discuss our project with us and was always available and receptive to ideas even when outside the scope of the original project. The home has custom built kitchen and bath cabinets which Zach restored as part of the job. He also performed work that we requested on our garage, kitchen, and exterior. When we needed outside services and asked Zach for referrals, all those that he recommended to us were excellent. 

Another reason we can recommend Tell-Projects is the quality of the entire team. Ellie and the entire office staff manage all of the communications, paperwork, inventory and billing promptly and professionally. They willingly took delivery of materials at their warehouse and picked up materials ordered from multiple retailers around Houston. They even returned unused material to the respective retailers at the conclusion of the job. When you hire a contractor it's hard to know what type of crew you'll be getting. The entire Tell-Project team was always punctual, polite and professional and seemed attentive to details. In addition, they meticulously prepped the work area each morning and cleaned up at the end of each day. 

Our job involved carpentry and painting, reframing doors and windows, installing tile flooring, wiring, lighting and landscaping. The walls and ceilings of the entire home were repaired and painted. After almost forty years in this home, it's never performed or looked better. 

In summary, we are delighted with Tell-Projects and would not hesitate to recommend them."
