"I needed a professional to perform a video inspection of my sewer line to the street. Mark arrived on time and completed the inspection quickly and at a reasonable cost. I would use them again for any sewer or drain issues."

"I called Ralph on Sunday as pipe broke under kitchen sink. I sent him video of the problem and we set appointment for Monday as he was able to squeeze me in on short notice. Ralph and his assistant, Peter came and Ralph gave me an estimate of the job. I said go ahead. Ralph and Peter did the following: Removed and replace drain waste line, dishwasher tail piece and new stainless steel basket strainer, new nuts and washer for connections. They ran water multiple times to test the system. Ralph was not happy with one of the connections, even though no water was leaking. He just did not feel right about it as if it was his own home and replaced the connection again. It's nice to see someone who takes so much pride in his work and will not finish the job until he is satisfied that it was done right. Will definitely hire again."

"Moe from 123 Sewer and Drain is a great plumber. He showed up at the time he said he would. He assessed the problem which was a clogged 4"cast iron main pipe and charged a fair price. On top of being a great plumber, Moe is really nice guy. While he was unclogging the drain we talked a bit about some of the recent life challenges I'm facing. I was grateful for his empathy and kindness. Highly recommend Moe and 123 Sewer/Drain LLC."

"Had called for a quote. I compared with previous services quoted and decided to hire them. The problem was fixed and at a reasonable price."

"A simple drain pipe replacement under a bathroom floor turned into a replacement of three lengths of drain pipe. In addition, when the finish up work in the basement was done, the waste lines going into that pipe were reconfigured so the washing machine and utility sink now drain directly into the pipe. Which let us take out the sump pump. Then, the plan to fit a pvc shield around the sewer pipe to the town sewer turned into a major excavation of a trench through an eight foot bed of shale because the incoming water line is 1/4 inch from the outgoing sewer line. And had a hole in it so it had to be replaced after all. The crew did a great job, they were pleasant throughout and I would recommend them to anyone."

"Vannes Service and Drains LLC completed my bathroom project and, I could not be happier! Four words I would use to sum up Shahe: responsive, courteous, professional and friendly He called right away to discuss my project, provided a reasonable quoted and scheduled time for the very next day. He followed up to confirm his arrival and showed up ON TIME. In between answering all of my curious plumbing questions, he stayed on task and completed the work expertly, all with a friendly smile. I would highly recommend Vannes Service and Drain and plan to use them for future projects."

"the technician arrived in time, professional, thorough in his trouble shooting. explained the problem and the fix. was not carrying vth part so rushed back to his office, returned promptly and fixed it. the reason for not a overall A grade is the billing. the company refuses to break it down by parts and labor. they have one line item in invoice. online cost for the part is not more than $300. so labor was $500 +? little high based on other research."

"We just purchased a 2 family home less than a year ago. We had been smelling gas in our home near the chimney on and off. We called PSEG on 2 occasions, and on one trip they capped the line in the apartment, and the 2nd time they disconnected (what they thought at the time was) the gas line feeding the 2nd floor chimney, but it was the line for the 1st floor. From the consultation, Edmundo was very detailed in his explanation of all the possible issues, and worked with me in the most cost effective way to tackle the issue! Where other companies charged over $200 for the consultation alone, they came out for less than a fifth of that! The next day Byron and his partner came and searched for the issue. They found that the chimney line was connected to the gas stove. They were able to cut and cap the line through the floor of the apartment below, and we haven't smelled gas since! I am so grateful for their service and help, and would recommend them a million times over!"
