He went from being a handyman to building bran new homes in no time. The difference is he is not going to sub a lot of work out; he is able to do most things himself. I reached out to David to coordinate right away so to take advantage of my voucher, and he was in touch shortly after and we were able to lock in a start date two weeks later. I was concerned about scheduling without having him stop by and seeing the space first, but he assured me there wouldn't be any concerns and that the job could be done within the 8 hours. Honest, friendly, reliable, prompt, responsive and quality are just some of the words I would use to describe them. Our project was to remove the load bearing walls on the first floor of a center hall colonial, reconfigure the kitchen cabinetry, add recessed lighting, install and refinish hardwood floors throughout the home, and to reconfigure the master bedroom. The overall results are fantastic! Along the way, as with any project, we ran into some minor hiccups that altered the original plans. Platinum worked with us on ideas and designs and we completed our project on time and within budget. They also performed some minor work relating to the project, but outside of the technical "written scope", without any additional up charge.
