That's what I did when hiring Fabiano Construction to build a triple-tiered flower bed on my rooftop with a trellis on my Philadelphia row-home rooftop. I was not disappointed. Fabiano and Will are a great team, they are very kind and they do great work. What more could you ask for? I am having both of them come back to rebuild my grill countertop and cabinetry! They replaced the floorboards, the side railings and boards, and the steps. It looks great and is very solid. See attached pics."

After speaking to Gary he explained to me the first thing that needed to be done is the property needed to be tarped asap because the home is being exposed to water which is causing further damage and causing mold to building up because water has been coming into the property for almost two months. Gary informed me step by step room by room what damages the tree caused and how he was going to fix the water damages and the damages done to the frame of the home. After speaking to Gary I was sold and stopped looking for a contractor to fix my house. I would definitely recommend Legacy Construction to anybody that needs work done to their home. "Room required complete demolishment of lathe and plaster walls and popcorn ceiling. Also required new insulation as room was cold in winter. The room looks great now with straight walls and ceiling, good workmanship, painting, return of bathroom utilities, and newly sanded and refinished floor. Contractors were on the job everyday between 7:30 and 8:00 and worked very hard, in addition were pleasant to talk to. Would hire again!"
