"I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

"Endless Construction replaced the floor of our deck and a fence. I had a great experience with them from start to end. They didn't try to upsell me or pressure me into anything. Everybody was polite and respectful of my space. I was amazed at how clean my backward was following the fence installation. The crews were fabulous - while removing the old fence a neighbor asked the crew if she could return with a van to take the old wood. She hadn't returned by the time they left for the day, but they followed up with me the next morning to make sure it had been cleared and returned to pick up what had been left. I would absolutely work with Endless Construction again."

After reaching out to several contractors, we chose Blue Crab Home Solutions based on their assessment of the project and their pricing. I was scheduled within a month. Alex and the team were great. They removed the old decking and steps in one day, then replaced the decking, stair stringers, and step decking over the next two days. The vinyl handrails were left intact because they were still in good condition. While replacing them would have been easier, working around the existing handrails required additional customization and skill, which Blue Crab handled without any issues. Based on the warranty and service provided I felt comfortable giving them my business. Roof installers came as expected and did an outstanding job. They answered our questions, talked with our neighbors to make sure they were clear of any debris and cleaned up as if they were never there. We only found ONE nail! Roof looks great. The owner, Ed, has been very responsive to my emails and never left any questions unanswered. For such a big project, I was thoroughly impressed and appreciate the quality service provided. "I sought out 2 merchants prior to inquiring on home advisor and Angi's list with no response. Getting on Angi's list Mr. Briscoe was the only one that called me. He came out within a day or so to survey the job and provided a reasonable and affordable quote. The start date was within a reasonable time. His workers were accommodating to my tenant's and my schedule and with showing/explaining to me the process of what they were doing. Vincent was a jewel in his work ethic. As they worked I was and am pleased with the work that was done.
