"They installed about 160 feet of redwood privacy fence with three gates and an additional gated enclosure for a heat pump. For the wood fence itself they did excellent work. Quality material and accommodated some unusual features which meant the entire job was done by one contractor. The owner suggested and installed special gate latches that allow entry with a code on a keypad, which actually got them the job. Their failing was the crew doing the work did not understand how that special gate latch worked, and how to construct a gate to properly use it. I am handy with tools so I was able to spend a day to modify and add to their work to make the latch work. Not everyone is in a position to do that. They over-promised in that crew doing the actual installation needed more guidance for a completely successful installation. So if you have a standard fence and gates with standard Home Depot style hardware, I would recommend them. But if you need something unusual they really are not able to handle it and you need to plan to get that skill set elsewhere."

"I am re-landscaping my yard and had used Nato before for a small project and he did a good job for me so I asked him to bid this project. His price was competitive. He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. I would definitely use him again and told him to use me as a reference."

We work out of the Woodside/Redwood City area. We handle all work related to home maintenance and repair from "to do lists" to room additions, but our true passion is in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms.

We had a variety of tasks, some of them quite demanding (installing an over-the-range microwave with an exhaust vent going through the roof, various plumbing work, changing valves in the wall, hooking up gas appliances, moving electrical plugs, installing kitchen cabinets, etc.) and they did everything timely, safely, and extra professionally. "First off, Sid was available to work on the weekend, and in my case, that meant I did not have to take time off work for the visit. Sid installed two drapery rods above sliding glass doors and two above windows, all in the same room. He paid attention to detail as well as to exactly what I wanted. One of the sliding glass doors is adjacent to a window and I wanted the rods to look like there are continuous. Sid made sure they were level, perfectly aligned, and touching. He also patched several holes in my walls and ceiling, some large. He redid one of the patches because he felt it wasn't done right the first time. Then he gave me a break on the price to compensate for the job taking longer than it could have. One of the old drapery rods he took down was 14 feet long and I was worried that the garbage company would not collect it because of the size. Sid cut it down into several chunks for me so I could easily dispose of it. He did all this cheerfully. He showed up on time and was tidy. All in all, a very positive experience.
