"I contacted this provider by phone and email about 4x and finally had to ask Angie's List to intervene.  After that, they finally contacted me.  Apparently this is a small business without a lot of personnel and the co-owner indicated that there were phone problems/delays.  The co-owner and his assistant were polite and personable when they came to my house.
The ad did say that the service would include  a Whole House Electrical
Inspection as well as the circuit breaker labeling.  The receipt only said, "Job Done."  I wanted the receipt to reflect the work promised, as I am about the sell my house and wanted that for my records."

"We called MC electrical LLC and he came out within two days to give an estimate for our landscape lighting and had an estimate emailed over to us within 24-48 hours after coming out!! Lights look amazing and I'm very impressed with the work performed, not to mention the recommendation that Michael the owner had given us for the new LED fixtures!! Michael and Keith were very awesome as far as laying out all of the walkway lighting as well as the lighting that we have shining on our home as well as the trees!! "The heater had been improperly installed by another company - NOT Worley and Obetz.  We have had W&O maintain the heater  for about 8 years, and they never alerted us to the problems with inadequate ventilation and covered air intakes, which led to overheating and melting of interior parts in the heater.  They replaced these parts last January, but still never told us there was inadequate ventilation in the heater room.  Now that we have a new company maintaining the equipment, we find that the heat exchanger is cracked, explaining the oil smell in the building (It's a church).  Since the heater hasn't been used since last winter, it was probably cracked last winter when the other parts melted and were repaired by W&O.  We aren't happy that there was no warning by the company doing the regular maintenance that the heater was not ventilated or installed properly.  They also failed to deliver oil once last year, and we needed an emergency delivery.  We've changed companies.
