"This was a broken cast iron sewer pipe that was in our basement, connecting to the outside pipe through the foundation wall. We could not use our bathrooms (or any water for that matter), so I was thankful that Brian's response was quick. The day he came to replace the pipe, he brought a helper to ensure that the job would be finished in one day. The guys were very personable and the cost was very reasonable for the job they had to do. They also completely cleaned up the inside and outside work sites before they left. "OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."
