"Jim, the sales representative, came and inspected tour roof.  He said we had hail damage and could make an insurance claim.  The he offered to come back and meet with the insurance adjuster when he came to do his appraisal.  Jim brought us roof tile samples so we could choose a color.  Then they gave us addresses where specific roof colors had been installed so we could see what that color looked like on a whole roof.  He stayed in touch with us every step of the way.  They didn't ask for any money until the shingles were delivered, and as it turned out they began tearing the old shingles off that very day.  It was all done in 1 1/2 days.  The roofers cleaned up after themselves very well.  They missed putting a rain guard above the air conditioning unit, but when Jim came to do the walk through inspection with my husband and was told that, he got the roofers back right away to install the rain guard.  We couldn't have had any better customer service and we are totally satisfied with the whole job.  Jim will take care of you in every detail.

"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.
