I spoke to the lady in the office and informed her we were in a Condo on 9 floor and she assured me they had the equipment no problem. On the day of service the guy informed us that there was an extra $50 dollars because we were on the 9 floor but the lady I spoke with never mentioned this to me when I confirmed the quote and date. We felt this was dishonest for a business who doesn?t stand by their customers we had no choice but to pay since we had an event and neeed the carpets cleaned ! Andrea was invaluable as an interior designer and planner, spending many hours with us reviewing and finalizing our plans as well as making certain we chose the right hardware, lights and material for the floors and the cabinets. As the project manager, Dasiel overlooked and coordinated the exceptional and professional workforce which completely gutted and then rebuilt the interior of our home. Dasiel was also able to quickly alleviate any concerns and kept the project on schedule. Andrea and Dasiel truly model their business on their slogan "Every Detail Counts".
