"Mid MD Appliance repair fixed our dryer a year ago with excellent service. We called again when our refrigerator stopped chilling and Richard helped us make a fix over the phone. "I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"I had a broken washer on a Saturday! Googled for a local repair person...Angieâ s List came up - first time I ever used it! Sent a message and received a call back in less than an hour and same day service! Joe was very polite and respectful and had my washer running again in short order! Highly recommend!"

"No phone number that I could find that would get a person on the phone. Was redirected to website. Scheduled appointment online. The electrician that arrived smelled and looked horrible. He smelled like he had smoked 10 cigarettes just prior to arriving and my house smelled for hours after he left. He arrived in a dirty hoodie and casual clothes, not professional at all. He checked my outlets. Did not provide a receipt or bill. Just took my credit card via his phone SQUARE charger and then I was texted a "receipt" that just showed the amount. I cannot use this as a receipt. I called and emailed the company for a proper receipt and never heard back."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."
