He came up with suggestions on putting in pavers next to the hot tub and concrete pads in the back. He went above and beyond as we added things to the project and he came through with economical ways to complete the additions that we asked for. He even suggested using the extra pavers to make an area for the garbage can. They were professional, courteous and took care to clean up after themselves. "Joe is so detail-oriented, and he was already putting thought and effort into our project from the first time we met him. We could tell right away that he was a genuinely nice guy and cares about the work he does. He refinished our attic and turned it into a master bedroom with a walk-in closet. Really enjoyed meeting with him and talking about my project. He was your typical sales man, all talk and very lil if any actions. I would catch him multiple times lying to me and making up reasons why things were not getting done. He will over charge you way more than actual costs. He know the business and even better knows how to manipulate people into thinking he will over see the project. I hired him because I was assured he would be there everyday and make sure everything was done correctly. He never showed up and would never get back to you when there was a problem . Worst mistake I ever made contacting him. I would never recommend him to anyone. Your local paper boy would do a better job being your GC. I could write a book on the amount of problems I had with him."

"They didn't complete the Gazebo and the siding is crooked and you can see the cracks on it. Except not completing the gazebo roof. It needs to be screwed down because it flaps when the wind blows and that is how I found out."
