"Where do i even begin? Bryan and Mark are amazing to work with, very genuine and honest, and professional. Bryan explained they work one job at a time, so once they start, my house would have their full attention. Even before they begin active work in the house, Bryan confirms that he has everything picked out with me ie countertops and cabinets, and ordered, so that everything they need is here and ready to go when they start! We were dreading the idea of renovations for some time, worried about the inconvenience and mess of it all. Bryan and Mark clean up after themselves each day, not that they even make a mess to begin with! As far as inconvenience, that was so minimal... they were done with our master bathroom within two weeks of tearing out the old shower!!!! "I am very, very happy with the beautiful job that Signature KB did in remodeling my kitchen and two bathrooms. Linda did a superb job at helping me design and visualize my project, sending me to great places, coming up with suggestion after suggestion when I was unsure of my options. Their choices for cabinets, hardware, faucets, countertop materials and the like were endless and I was very happy with where Linda sent me to pick out my appliances and granite. The contractor with which Linda worked, Thacker Construction, was very good, and very timely once the counter tops were ready to be installed. The reason for 4 stars as opposed to all 5 is that I had no idea that touch-up painting was not included. There were a lot of places where the wall that was newly exposed or created was either bare or had previous wall color/coverings, and I did not realize that the job was considered "completed" without the considerable amount of painting that needed to be done. I did suggest to Linda that that fact be shared with the client early on, so that no one is taken by surprise and left to their own devises! Other than that, I am entirely pleased and love living in and showing off my newly remodeled rooms!"

"From the beginging plans they were creative and helpful. they were able to take our converstaion and create a rendering that exceeded our expectations. 
The Contractors they used were timely and very polite. They fulfilled the design and created a space that was exactly what we were looking for. The materials used were just as promised. Quality of cabinets was good. They were able to fit the countertop to the space we had wonderfully and made the space exceptionally functional. The work space was kept clean and was minimally obtrucive to our daily lives throughout the project. OUr expectations for the project were deffitniltly reached and many aspects exceeded our plans. 
i would deffinitely use the Kitchen and Bath Depot again. From begining to end they were available and timely for questions and concerns to be resolved.

"When rehabbing our new home, we contacted Castle Rock for a bid on new windows, soffit, and fascia board.  The salesperson, Matt, responded immediately to our request to meet and review the various product options.  He was punctual, very courteous, and knowledgeable about the full array of products the company carries.  In addition to printed materials describing the products, the software he had that allowed us to compare various options, styles, pricing, etc. was very helpful.  Matt came to the house two more times as we explored various options for replacing the existing windows and looking at various configurations that would fir in the existing casements and where we were replacing a door with windows.  His knowledge and experience were invaluable to us from a design perspective while working toward "the look" we wanted for the home.  We then went to the showroom and met with the Manager, Jamie.  He was also very helpful and showed us all of the options and styles we were considering "hands-on".  We did look at other companies but decided working with Castle Rock was our best option.  Matt ordered all of the windows and other materials and everything arrived within the scheduled time frame.  Matt worked with our General Contractor to arrange for the materials to be delivered and installed in a manner that facilitated the project staying on track and not disrupting other contractors.  The windows arrived and were perfectly installed on the date promised.  The installers did an excellent job.  The soffit and fascia work went similarly and we had discussions with Matt about some ways to improve the installation as the job was underway and the work order was adjusted accordingly.  After all the work was complete, we ran into two minor issues.  With the heat and drought, a couple pieces of the soffit separated slightly due to the backing to which they were attached moving.  We called Matt, he came and looked at it, and a repair was completed within a week on the day he promised.  The work looks perfect again.  We also had a small circular ding in one of the windows (possibly from debris hitting it during a storm?).  When we called Matt and asked him how to proceed with the warranty, he told us how to find the serial number on the window and to call the office.  They ordered the replacement window that day under the warranty.  It arrived quickly and we went and picked it up and installed the replacement-a perfect fit.  Start to finish, Matt and his colleagues at Castle Rock did a great job for us and they will always be our first choice for the types of services they provide that we may need."
