Once onsite, Carlos and his colleague knew exactly what to do and how to run the new electric circuit across the house from the electrical panel to the garage. The installed the EV charger we had purchased separately exactly how we wanted it. Everything worked perfectly. They even went the extra mile to come back and patch the garage drywall where they had made a few holes to run the cable even though it was not included in the job initially. "More than good they were excellent! I called on Saturday at 7:00 AM and Katie, AN EMPLOYEE AND NOT AN ANSWERING SERVICE, answered the phone. We set an appointment for Monday. On Sunday night I had an unexpected appointment come up for Monday and needed to reschedule. I called around 8:00 PM and Katie, NOT AN ANSWERING SERVICE, answered the phone again! We rescheduled for Tuesday for an estimate. When Andy M (a licensed plumber) of Right Now Plumbing arrived, he was very courteous and professional. He covered his shoes and put a big mat at the entrance way to make sure he did not track anything in. Within a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem and gave me two estimates. One was to replace the elements or install a new Water Heater. I decided to replace the water heater because of the age. Andy did a great job of maneuvering and working in a very tight space in my laundry room. I now have a brand new hot water heater and lots of hot water. I am VERY PLEASED and can highly recommend this company!"
