"We just had a new refrigerator delivered and water continued to leak. We had thought that it was the old refrigerator that the water was leaking from but it persisted even after my husband turned off all the water in the house. and he had to put an endless array of towels to sop up the water oozingt out.I telphoned DB's Plumbing and Drain at approximately 1:30 pm and was told that the plumber would arrive between 2 and 4. Shane arrived around 3 pm. (This in itself was remarkable as we have been waiting for deliveries of appliances and no one ever arrived during their stated range of hours or even the same day.) Shane was friendly and professional. He immediately told us that he knew what the problem was as he has seen it numerous times. The plastic had worn out and there was a breakdown on the line, He replaced the plastic pipe with copper."

"Excellent service. Dominic and his team were polite, respectful and on time. They did an excellent job and left my house clean and tidy. I would absolutely recommend PW Plumbing."

"Quick turnaround in getting a repairman to fix/replace a leaky line valve -- much appreciated! And the repairman was utterly competent, knowledgable, and communicative re: the problem and options for solving it. I'd recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing problem."

"We had been having an ongoing leak coming through our ceiling that noone could seem to fix or truly take the time to locate and fix the problem but when Homeserve finally sent this plumbing company out it was a totally different experience, Connor and the other young man called ahead, arrived promptly and did a thorough job! They found the problem, fixed it, even repaired some unfinished issues the previous plumber left behind and thoroughly cleaned up behind themselves. They were professional and polite and I have nothing but positive to say about this company."

"Tech came to house and analyzed problem. Showed me what part was needed to replace. Advised me to order part, and when I received the part call him if needed to replace and test."

"Fall maintenance service on my HVAC system Technician was very knowledgeable explained to me what he was doing quite well. He was very professional and answered all my questions."

"Received a call from Parrish Services. We spoke for almost 30 minutes on the phone plus using a video app I was able to stream to him my home heating system. Based on my situation and the current installed oil heating system I would be wasting money trying to change to a new electric system. He indicated the system installed was a top of the line efficient system. After the conversation I let him know I appreciated his honesty and input. That input included having to upgrade electrical panel etc.. Bottom line.. Found Parrish to be honest, bottom line answers yet willing to work with you on what you want done. Thanks Parrish .Services..."
