"I’ve had 5 plumbers come to my house to try and fix a problem I was having with my water heater. Bruce is the only one who actually took the burner assembly apart, cleaned the burner which was covered with trash, and replaced the thermocoupler. After reassembling the burner unit, Bruce waited around for a few minutes to make sure everything was working properly. I am very impressed with his concern for customer satisfaction. Bruce is now my “go to” guy for all my plumbing needs."

"Words can’t describe how amazing Josh and Lonnie with Pedigo’s Plumbing are. I found them on Angi after my tank water heater started leaking, and I was nervous about being sold something I didn’t need. But as soon as they arrived, I felt comfortable. They were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. They found the leak and let me know I needed a replacement, but instead of pressuring me, they gave me multiple options, including a Navien tankless water heater. Since we always ran out of hot water when multiple people showered, I chose the tankless. They removed the old water heater from the attic with ease, installed the new unit, showed me how it worked, protected my floors, and cleaned everything up. The entire experience was amazing. I now have a plumbing company for life. Josh and Lonnie are the guys to call!"

"FIVE STAR COMPANY .... First visit from Brooks Plumbing was on May 13th 2015 to run a new gas line so that I could use my gas dryer. They were able to accommodate my schedule and be available to do the job on the day I moved into my new house. They showed up on time and were very professional and did a top-notch job. They accommodated my request to switch location of the washer/dryer because of how doors opened. It was a little bit of a challenge since the dryer set up was where I wanted the washer. I have to say that plumbing is not really all that exciting but the way that the washer/dryer was hooked up and vented looked awesome ... very neat and clean install. Next 2 visits in August 2015, Johnathon installed 2 bathroom faucets, a kitchen faucet, a reverse osmosis water filtration system, a shower bar, and a roman tub faucet with handheld, The prices were good especially for the quality of workmanship. Very professional service, everything that was done was done well I plan to call Brooks Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends."

"Dennis solved the problem installing a new garbage disposal in an old house with the deep sink by reworking the pipework and also gave me a longer hose to the dishwasher to prevent future backup of water! My parents plan on using Dennis also in the future!"
