When deciding on the best shingle color, make sure you first see the big samples in person. I almost ended up with a "blue" roof even though the color I had originally picked was gray. "Short version: Sam is awesome to say the VERY least. He knows what he is doing, does not try to rip you off with service, and minimums, and stands behind his work. I will definitely be using him going forward if I ever need my roof repaired. Long version: Back in April 2022, I realized I had a major roof leak that would leave a massive puddle inside of my garage after heavy rain. I inquired on Angi.com, the morning I realized it was the roof leaking. I had a roofing company just pop up to inspect the damage, and without even pulling his ladder to actually inspect the roof, proceeded to tell me what the issue was and that they could get it fixed ASAP, but they have a minimum fee of $725. As I was talking to the roofer from the other company, I received a text from Sam. Shortly after the roofer left, I responded to Sam and he said that he would be in my area the following morning and could stop by. Sam came out the next day, actually climbed up on the roof, did a thorough inspection, and told me exactly what the problem(s) was. He quoted me a price significantly lower than the other company and said he could come out a few days later (because it was still snowing... in April). He sealed the windows and flashing, then asked me to let him know if the roof leaked at all after. A day or so later we had heavy rains and very strong winds in my area (I live on a hill) so the wind had lifted the shingles on the corner of the roof which caused water to enter the garage. I contacted Sam, and he came out the same day, and repaired/sealed the roof, and again instructed me to reach out if the roof leaked at all. It is July 15, 2022 and we have had quite a few heavy rains/strong winds since April 2022 (it is actually raining right now), and the roof has not leaked at all. Thank you again Sam, I sincerely appreciate it!!!"

Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. Came out and got the job done in two days in February 2022!! They did a great job on installation, cleanup and services. Highly recommend company and make sure you use them with your insurance companies. Make sure you ask for "Phil" he will walk you threw the process and deliver you a great experience."

"APR did a great job. i'm one that often posts negative reviews so thought when, as in this case, a good job was done, I should say so! David was prompt in visiting and quoting and very detailed about the work to be done. a large section of old flat roof was repaired several months and EVEN AFTER RECECENT HEAVY rains, NO LEAKS! I've had the same areas repaired several times by "cheap" part time roofers and wasted my money. didn't pay a lot and got nothing for it other than more leaks. APR knows what they're doing and has the right equipment to repair a DIFFICULT OLD roof + flashing, etc. Their workers were very detailed and professional + cooperative about some little stuff I pointed out while they were working that were also patched. Highly recommended"
