"Rob was great from the estimate visit, to estimate delivery, and in coordinating the installation appointment (had to sub-contract in a roofer). On the day of service, Rob and Austin arrived on time (as did the roofers) and made quick work of the installation. It seems a rarity to find truly knowledgeable and friendly contractors that are both prompt and excellent communicators. This experience shined on all fronts. Will definitely be using Tim Kyle again. "Dean Heating and Air Conditioning provide exceptional service and I do not give compliments unless service providers earn it and Dean did! We have an old home which we are painfully remodeling. Dean installed central air and did a super job. He was efficient and the price was fair. My husband said we would do a bump out of the wall for the return but when I saw it, I did not like it. Mike was right on it and ran the ductwork behind the wall. It turned out beautiful. He then went a step above and fixed a split system we had installed by someone else. It was not cooling because the guy who installed it did not do it properly and the freon leaked out. Mike Dean is my go-to guy for ALL things heating and air conditioning. I highly recommend him, you will not regret it!"

"Excellent! We did a whole house remodel in 2013 and Holtzople installed the geothermal system. Our utility costs went way down compared to our previous oil furnace and electric central air conditioning system. We then signed up for their semi-annual maintenance agreement so they send a technician out every year for a tune up and cleaning before the heating season and again before the cooling season. Big shout out to Kevin, the technician who usually performs the maintenance, for his professionalism and friendliness. For 8 years now we've been enjoying care free climate control in our home at a lower price than I ever would have imagined. I highly recommend Holtzople for their products and service and Geothermal for efficiency."

"My girlfriend called me to tell me she had just got home and there was water on the floor.  I went straight home and found the water heater leaking.  I called Bamford Plumbing and spoke to a lady who asked several questions concerning the the tank number and approximate age (in case it was still under warrenty) and she took my phone number and said she would call me right back with an estimate.  Roughly 4 minutes later she called me back to give me an estimate and unfortunately to tell me that they couldn't be out until the next afternoon.  She recommende several other plumbers in my area and said she would hold the apointment just in case I couldn't get someone out sooner.  Well I called Heidler and was told someone would call me back.  45 minutes later a technician called and said he would be out and it would cost $185.  I asked what the charge was for and he said to look at what was leaking!  I explained it was the water heater leaking and I had turned the water off to the heater at this point and he said he could come out and cut the line to the water heater for $185 and there was nothing else he could do since it was after 4pm.  Again I said I had turned the water off and to have a good night.  I called Bamford back and told the lady I wanted to keep the appointment and told her what Heidler had said and she was shocked and appologized for what had happened and suggesting them as someone to call.
I received a call from Bamford in the morning to give me an approximate arrival time.  They arrived in the early afternoon as promised and replaced my water heater and necessary fitting.  They also had to install a inline preassure tank as required by Anne Arundel county, since there wasn't one at no additional charge.
