"The work that was preformed was horrible. This was new construction home and which we thought we hired this company and come to find out they sub contracted the work out. This was a total Sheetrock job. A lot of our personal property was used and damaged, none of the work was complete on 2 separate occasions, the owner was very disrespectful when we called him out on it,etc. I can’t explain everything we went through to get this job done properly. We had to hire someone else to complete the work. Keep in mind we live over 3 hours away and 2 separate trips the work was supposed to be complete. I would not recommend and be careful signing their contract and giving them your direct account information!! They will try and withdraw the money without your knowledge and claim they made attempts to collect which is incorrect!!"

"Desper Installation was prompt, professional, responsive, honest, and committed to the quality of their work throughout my entire project. After initial contact, Jonathan met setup a time and date to access the scope of my project and to provide a detailed and itemized estimate before work began. Once we agreed, they handled every detail from there until the project was complete. I even added some additional changes from our initial meeting and estimate and they were able to handle with ease. Even with some slight delays in materials, they responded with much appreciated sense of urgency and willingness to drive 2 hours just for a missing part in order to complete the project as quickly as possible. I will without a doubt hire them for my next project."

Work was executed very quickly -- took about a week due to some weather. They worked tirelessly from 8am to 4pm every day of the job. I would absolutely hire them again!"

"I am very highly disappointed with this company. I had high hopes and was really looking forward to the project on my new home, only to be let down and feel so discouraged by the amount of money and lack of quality i received. I met the owner at my property to measure and to discuss what I wanted where he gave me verbal and visual confirmation as to where my fence would be, that I clarified at least 2x verbally. He did not write it down until after the appointment, which was my fault, because I trusted his word. The day of installation, the fence was 3 feet shorter into my yard than it is supposed to be and does not even go to the edge of my lot. I have now lost 1/2 of my yard and I am just absolutely beyond disgusted and p***** off. I had a wonderful other company that came out and gave me a quote that I wish I would have gone with instead but I stupidly used T&T because I’m in a new subdivision and was recommended by the sales office…HUGE MISTAKE!! Now I am stuck with 1/2 my yard wasted!!!!"

Installing pools is not an easy process yet Carolina Creations has it down to a science. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable in the installation and operation of swimming pools their customer service is top notch. Over communication is very important especially when you are spending your life savings. When they say they are going to do something they do it. From the point we decided to install a pool to current times Carolina Creations always made us feel like our job was the most important. They are always there to let you know what was going on whether the news was good or bad. Furthermore they were more than patient when it came to answering all of your questions. I have dealt with other pool contractors and I can unequivocally say they are the finest in and around Wilmington. You can look at other companies but you will not find a more comprehensive, knowledgable and caring pool company."
