Turns out when I added oil to my car a couple of days before, I forgot to put the oil cap back on and the oil splashed all over the engine and the cap melted onto the engine (oops!). In addition to the great customer service and outstanding work, they are also great at explaining what the problem is with your car, but not making you feel dumb. As a woman, I appreciate that. They could've made me feel really silly for my mistake, but they didn't - they approached it like any other car problem. I have so many great stories about Elite - they are just fantastic. "How did it go?? I’ll tell you. You ever hire a contractor that never shows up on time or not ever?? Eric showed up 15 minutes ahead of time. Walked in went right to problem furnace and up the ladder with proper tools and replacement parts. Not a minute was wasted. Installed parts tested for gas leaks and then furnace flame adjusted everything completed job, cleaned up everything. So clean you would never know a contractor was on the job. He is absolutely the best!!"
