"Expectations exceeded! Atlanta Painting Company scraped my popcorn ceiling and painted the interior of my house. They were perfectionists and paid attention to every little detail. The job they performed exceeded my expectations. They promptly addressed all concerns I had--which were very minor and very few. Popcorn removal is a messy job, but they cleaned up so well you'd never guess I'd just had it done. The entire crew was pleasant and friendly, and the price was extremely competitive. I highly recommend them."

They took the time to properly prep the area, protect everything, and clean up after the work was done. The ceiling came out smooth and looks completely refreshed. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to the details. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they delivered exactly what they promised. "Mike did a good job repairing drywall holes and cracks. He was on time and friendly."

"Very professional services. Showed up on time, sometimes early. Painted a shed, cleaned and stained cedar privacy fence, brought his own materials. Also painted eaves and metal awnings. Installed a new ceiling fan. Did all of this in less than a week. I am very pleased and would hire them again."

"It seems so rare these days to find a company that does what they say, but Floors Sag or Shake is one of those companies. During the inspection process when looking to buy a 1935 farmhouse, Eddie provided a detailed estimate and explanation of what needed to be done to make the foundation secure. They were willing and able to make repairs that two of the larger foundation repair companies said they wouldn't do after looking at the foundation. When we decided to go ahead with buying the house and chose Floors Sag or Shake for the repairs, I told Eddie that we'd be in touch after closing. He called the morning of our closing to see if we were ready to start repairs. They started when they said they would, did they work they outlined in the contract, finished when they promised and charged the amount in the contract. This seems to be such a simple, successful business model, but is so rare to actually experience as a customer. The crew were professional, respectful and generally likable guys. The supervisor came out on a Saturday to repair a leaking pipe in the crawl space, even though they weren't completely certain that they caused the leak. Floors Sag or Shake was also responsive after the project. A few of the footings still had the wooden forms attached and the vapor barrier had shifted a bit. The crew came back out and quickly took care of both issues.

"Charles did a wonderful job repairing our ceiling from water damage. He is very knowledgable in the field and professional doing the work. Throughout the process, Charles was very transparent in what he wanted to accomplish and helped communicate to my insurance company regarding the claim I filed. On the day of the job, he kept me up to date, finished a day earlier than expected and left the condo exactly like how it was before the work started. I highly recommend G and G Drywall and Paint Services for all your home needs."
