"The project went great. There were challenges coordinating with the cabinet installation as I purchased those separately, but Mark and Jacob were professional and worked well with the schedule. They are familiar with the quirks of working in an older home and provided guidance and solutions in dealing with some unforeseen conditions. We appreciated their honesty, forthrightness, and calm demeanor in working within the restraints of a small home within the City of Atlanta. They are no nonsense and provide great workmanship. "The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

He was very personable, patient with all our questions, explained what he was doing along the way, and did a very good job. We would recommend them."

"We were very please after our kitchen renovations were completed but we did not consent to pictures of our kitchen being placed on line. Within the 3-year warranty, we had to contact Pedro, the owner several times concerning a pipe under the sink that was leaking and the microwave vent. After the three-year warranty was up, he was non-responsive. We left several messages on the companies’ voicemail and sent numerous emails concerning installation of the appliances. During the process of having new appliances installed, Lowe’s informed us, that our water line was not up to code and the microwave was not measured correctly. Therefore, as a result of the waterline not being up to code, the refrigerator and dishwasher could not be installed. I do not recommend doing business with Hdez Cabinets. Thanks TR"
