My only concern is that I talked to three diferent people and received a different understanding on what was being done and when. Also there was a miss understanding what I needed to have replaced to ensure the mold did not return. I am now trying to get a price on both supply boxes from my HVAC person to compare with Pure. Depending on what the costs will be I will decide whether to have Pure install or my HVAC company."

Some items were included or I received a credit if I provided the item myself. The subcontractors cleaned up as they worked and protected our home. The price was more than fair and Pedro stands by his work. Our bathroom is beautiful and we are already thinking about getting our kitchen done. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! I am very pleased with Rooter Pro Plumbing and the work they performed & the people I dealt with. Even the people in the office were great!
