I will write a longer version below, but for those who do not like to read long reviews, here are the key points: They are incredibly professional and communicative, contacting you with weekly updates and quick to respond to any inquiry. The pricing is competitive and transparent, and the end product is worth double what you pay. The design and craftsmanship are outstanding some of the best I have ever seen. - The vibe of the owners and their team is incredibly positive. They all seem genuinely happy to work with you on your project and to bring a little outdoor joy into your life. Our backyard was a bombed-out mess, beaten up by two dogs, and with three kids and busy lives, we had not put in the time to keep it up. My wife is a longtime gardener, and going back there bummed her out more than it inspired her. After a difficult year that included a cancer diagnosis, we finally decided to invest in making a garden space that would inspire us to get outside more. After talking to five or six local contractors, we were left feeling discouraged and frustrated. Each raised a different set of reasons why the project would be difficult. It was either too much of a hole to dig, too much red tape to cut through, or too difficult a location to navigate the crane we would need to install the Soake plunge pool (check them out; they are amazing) we were planning or too damn expensive. Our frustration reached an all-time high, and we were close to ditching the project together. And then we met Micah. Within a month, we had signed a contract, and he had ordered the pool to all our specifications. Where others saw impassable barriers (getting a crane into our yard), Micah saw multiple ways to get it done. Where others offered outrageously expensive proposals to deliver what we had hoped for, Micah gave us options we could afford and pick from. Every step with Easton Outdoors was yes, we can make that work. And they did. By the time the project was done, it was so much better than what we had imagined that it still awes us almost two months later. A space that was unusable is now one where we spend every evening even in the dead of winter, we are usually in our pool 4-5 nights a week (it heats up to 104 degrees). The bombed-out yard feels like a high-end boutique hotel. The entire process was not only stress-free, but it was also actually fun!Micah and his team were on top of everything throughout the whole project. The work was always stellar. The communications were always prompt and friendly. The billing was very reasonable and never a surprise. And everyone on his crew seemed genuinely happy to be doing what they did, even in the cold and rain of December. "This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"My wife and I have dealt with many contractors over the last 30 years and Mr. Hipp is, by far, the absolute best of the best. If you need any masonry worked performed, call Chuck Hipp or you are making a huge mistake! My wife and I are perfectionists and difficult to please and Mr. Hipp greatly exceeded our expectations. His work is nothing short of perfection, a rating of A++. We had issues with a brick veneer wall that arose from faulty construction. It was so badly damaged that Nationwide, our insurance company of 25 + years, refused to renew our homeowner’s insurance unless the wall was repaired with very short notice. My sister had masonry work performed by Mr. Hipp and we admired his superb craftsmanship. I contacted Mr. Hipp, explained our situation, and he came out late the same day on Saturday to assess the situation and provide us with his recommendation. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and we hired him. Due to the urgency of our situation, Mr. Hipp reprioritized his schedule and began work within a couple days, without a signed contract or any deposit! I contacted an engineer that works for Nationwide and shared with him Mr. Hipp’s proposal. The engineer informed me he was well aware of Mr. Hipp’s reputation and stated that whatever he did would greatly exceed the requirements of Nationwide. The new wall and surrounding area is absolute perfection. It blends in so well with the rest of the masonry work that you cannot tell a repair was performed. Mr. Hipp also repaired some sloppy masonry work performed by another local firm whom I won’t mention here which now looks exceptional, build us a beautiful new brick mailbox, and repaired our brick walkways and chimney. The flashing on our roof had to be repaired after the wall was built. I called a reputable roofing company who stated they were backed up 3-4 weeks. I informed Mr. Hipp and he called the same company and they repaired the roof the next day as a favor to him! Chuck Hipp is a man of integrity and the absolute best in his craft. He’s also a wonderful, caring person that you can trust explicitly. We have never met anyone quite like him."

"Took a while to get scheduled, work turned out well.  Owner didn't really follow up any or check on crew at all.  Would have added some work for them if they did.  Demo crew was really unprofessional.  Made a mess of the house."

"Donnie and his team are skilled professionals! They keep our yard and landscaping looking great, and are always quick to answer any questions we might have. They’re careful not to disturb anything in the driveway or on our deck, and they always leave any bulk items (ex bags of leaves) at the curb. We couldn’t be happier with the service they provide, and it is a GREAT value at the cost. They’ve also handled some medium size brush removal and planted privacy hedges, all while working around an in ground sprinkler system. If you have any lawn/landscaping needs, I recommend calling them first!"
