"If I could leave no stars for this horrible company, that would be too many. Called on a Saturday due to a problem with our heat. The sent out a helper (their word) was nice but due to a slight delay, the owner, Jason, called his helper and was bent out of shape because he assumed he was "standing around wasting time and money." We had a broken thermostat, and they wanted $100 to replace it (connecting five wires), $100 for a fuse (even though we had aone on hand) and $199 for the service call. We had to wait for the helper to go get a new fuse. I have NEVER been spoken to so rudely by a business owner and treated with such distain. We are on a contract with them, so they service our HVAC regularly and are paid upfront for a yearly contact. We are supposed to receive a 10% discount on any repair -- we didn't get the discount. When leaving, I asked for a receipt and was told they could email it. They were also disappointed we were paying by check. Hire another company. "

"Technician & Comfort Advisor were both very professional and courteous... Initial Technician (Nathan Reedy) was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem... And then suggested system replacement due to cost of repair, age of system, & availability of future parts... Opted for system replacement, over repair... Comfort Advisor (Joseph Kansco) was also knowledgeable, as well... And guided us through the process of selecting a quality/best value system that best fit our needs... While, at a week in, I am well satisfied w/ the product & the quality of work, I did not provide a "5-Star" rating because, both the pricing of the repair & the pricing of the system replacement seem a bit high... Even w/ discounts applied, replacement cost was still on the "high-end"..."
