As a result, I have to schedule another company to come out and start all over again with the assessment. This should have already been closed out so I could order a new appliance."

Each time I had to pay the service fee of $75.00. If it was repaired properly I would not have to continually call for repairs. We played a bit of phone tag and he came by and gave us a really reasonable quote. It did take a few weeks for them to get to us because they're pretty busy. but when his crew showed up they did a great job in no time at all, they were polite, cleaned up and didn't even mind our crazy dogs. <br /> so, if you don't mind waiting a bit - these are a great group to work with! <br />"
