"Great. Rob came and looked at the leak and asked me if I wanted him to try and fix it instead of replacing it. To replace it would have required cutting a hole in the stipple ceiling (maybe two) and possibly emptying and moving a China closet away from the wall. Not only would that have cost almost 3 times the final bill but I would have had to hire someone to repair the damage to the ceiling afterward. Rob took the faucet apart, cleaned it up, replaced the washer and screw and all was well!!! Saved me bundles of money and aggravation. Honest people, I would use them again if I have the need."

"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. After talking with him he decided to keep the price at the lower amount that he quoted."

"Our home is about 9 years old and we were quite shocked to have a leak in our main water supply line coming from the street to our home. We contacted several plumbers and listened to their approach as to how they were going to determine where the leak was coming from and whether they were going to repair a section or replace the entire water supply line. After meeting with the different plumbing contractors, we learned different methods of running a new water main line since it appeared that we would need it. We received new pieces of information from each proposal. We did not like living without water, however; since it was a big financial commitment, we did not want to be pressured or feel rushed into making a quick decision.
