"no not happy with the job ,it was all about the salesThe door closed better with One broken spring , they came for a estimate it was 1107.56 I ageeded sorry I did then they took it apart then they say its going to be 1600. dollars , so I had to get it to operate, so I agreed, then they kept trying up up sale me on new hinges , and told me my garage door opener was 10 years old ,its only 6 years old, then when they were done they told me to take there pic and say how awesome they were, and give a 5 and to post it up,after I paid ,then they showed me the door will not close tight to the wall and the floor, was not happy with the job they adjusted a little better but still has a Gap on one side and not tight at the wall, then they tried to sell me more, saying its all about safety, no its not its all about the sales, Im sorry I called them would never recommend them to any one, would not want them back felt like its all about the commission don't use this CO. A1 garage door service"

"Be careful about the warranty on their work - they do not stand behind it. They emphasize a 5 year warranty, but that is for parts only. Anything after 30 days will require both trip fees and labor fees (e.g. you can pay for them to confirm they screwed up). Long story short, they completely undersized the springs on my repair. "Service" manager spent more time gaslighting me on the phone than it would have taken for a tech to come out and quickly see they botched the job. Not only did it cost me a redo from another reputable company, but a replacement for the garage door opener, which stripped out under the load of the door on the undersized springs. Plenty of other great companies in the area, no need to waste time and money with Metro."

"They did our garage floor a couple years ago. We removed a platform for a water tank, leaving an unfinished area of the floor. They came and patched this area to match the rest of the floor and it turned out great. They were easy to get a hold of and quick to perform the work. Would highly recommend Ryan."

"What great service! I emailed a query on a Saturday and received a reply within a few hours. When Bill and Dane came to evaluate and measure for preparing an estimate, the arrived within the expected timeframe. They took off their shoes to walk around, and provided good explanations about options. Their estimate was similar in cost to another one. In addition to their friendliness and helpfulness, one of the reasons I chose Gunner to do the job was that they had a portable machine for blowing insulation. I was thrilled when I found that out. (Otherwise, there would have been the hassle of having a really long hose going through the condo building, and I would have needed to have someone watch the propped-open security door the whole time.) On the day of the job, one worker arrived within 15 minutes of the set time -- which was acceptable given that he was coming from Chisago City down to Eagan. He laid down lots of drop cloths and drilled the holes. An issue arose when he discovered that there was some old insulation in the walls shared by adjoining units. He found that out after drilling one hole, and immediately told me that meant they couldn't blow cellulose into those walls. The company adjusted the price a bit to compensate for that. The two other workers arrived a bit after the prep work was done, so I'd given them an A- for punctuality. After the job was done, they did a great job cleaning up. There was a problem with their relatively new vacuum breaking down, but they finished the clean up using mine. Overall: excellent! My only disappointment is that the Gunner guys don't provide mudding the holes as part of the service; they insert plugs, but that's it. They will arrange for another contractor to do the mudding/patching, but, due to the distance their local guy would have had to drive, that option was too expensive. (Another company's estimate for insulation included their guys patching the holes, "feathered" for flat and stable, with only some light sanding needed. I would have gone with them, except they didn't have a portable machine.)"
