"<p>Lou is very professional from start to finish as well as extremely knowledgeable in regard to his profession.  He was a pleasure to deal with and we feel that he is very honest and trustworthy.  His workers that came to do the job were very thorough and professional.  The day of the service, Lou stopped by to follow up after it was completed.  As we walked the property, HE actually pointed out some areas that I had overlooked that he felt they could have done a little better at getting cleaned.  He told me that they would stop and clean those areas free of charge next time they were in the area.  That is an owner who really cares about his customer and his business.  If it would not have been for those couple of small areas, I would have given the job a 100% satisfaction.  How about 99%!  The house looked absolutely beautiful when they were finished.  We purchased the home 3 years ago and I have personally spent hours (twice) to clean the stamped concrete patio, composite deck and gazebo using hot water, cleaners and brushes.  I could not get the green/black dirt/mold off regardless of how hard I scrubbed.  When Lou told me that they could do it, I have to admit that I doubted it.  I shouldn't have.  The deck, gazebo and patio look absolutely incredible.  All Bright and Clean.  We were honestly amazed.  All in all, We were very impressed and I would highly recommend Lou and his Sparkle Wash Services.  Job well done!</p> <p>Many Thanks,</p> <p>Terry and Aileen</p>"

"The service was very good. The crews arrived in the morning on the agreed upon dates and worked until each part of the job was complete; from pressure washing and sanding to the multiple coats of sealer on the deck. We modified the scope of work half way through to include a second full coat on the whole deck surface due to the age of the wood and how dry it actually was. The first coat was absorbed almost immediately and the second coat really sealed the surface and made a big difference. We are very happy with the work and how the deck looks as compared to how it used to be. We can now actually use the deck and allow our daughter to walk on it without fear of constant splinters."

He did awesome work. Little touches, like routing the top cap to give it a nice edge, make the finished railing even more beautiful. I had asked for a spare piece of scrap wood to be nailed to a broken fence slat near my gate. Roof Right replaced the old slat! I would not hesitate to use Roof Right for upcoming projects.
