One of our projects was particularly complex: converting a cinder block and steel structure into a studio an auxiliary space. We had incomplete and impossible architectural plans, but he was able to find workarounds to these shortcomings. He was always available for questions and we enjoyed working with all of his subcontractors. He also did a remodel of our kitchen, including taking down a wall. He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."
