The spring on our garage door broke about 7 p.m. so needless to say opening the garage door was not going to be an option. Since my husband would need to get out the next morning I searched for a company with 24 hour service. Fortunately for us, I discovered Pro Garage Services (Neighborhood Garage Door Service) 678-922-9814. They answered immediately and promised a technician would come out as soon as available. They called back about 45 minutes later to update me and tell me the technician was finishing another job an hour from me and he would call when he was in route. At 8:30 p.m. Glenn called saying he was on his way. By 9:40 he arrived and finished by 11:00 p.m. He was professional and very nice. We would definitely recommend them and will be calling them in the future.

"Leonardo the owner came out promptly to measure and quote, was straightforward about the scope of the job and made suggestions to reduce the cost. A couple of days’ delay on the install timing but Leonardo was communicative and honest. When the installers came it took less time than expected, looks great and the quality seems very good. We’ll see in a year after some use, however I expect it will be just as solid then. No issues with our dogs being in the house. Once the crew got to work, they paid no mind to each other. Had another quote as well and Dreamworks’ pricing was lower. Personal service, good pricing and quality product."

"Very well. The slight dip in the kitchen looks better and the doors trued up. The slight sag still in the kitchen floor is because of the sub floor plywood which I didn't want to get in to. They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."

He and his crew were prompt and professional, starting two days after Christmas. Condo is a historic building that had hidden issues related to previous renovation. Schedule was impacted by unanticipated changes, but the crew worked until everything was completed. Cost was reasonable, too include a change order for an emergency repair unrelated to the bath remodel. Fil was responsive to my questions and provided cost saving recommendations. I will definitely use Rocca again!"
